ENTRY #5. local story respond.

The article by Doug Ducey, Arizonans governor, talks about the reasons why Arizona need more college grads and he starts off with being a father and how education leads to more opportunity. Yes that is true but as a father with children going to school, does he think about how much it is going to be? of course not. My point is, he needs to experience why the people who have not gone to college are struggling. There are plenty of reasons why and that could be because of money or family issues. His article made me sigh in the way he made it sound so easy, because it is not.  It takes skills and money to even go to a college and achieve, even a support system because it is not easy. The most important thing we need is money to attend. The thing is, the real reason why we need to improve our graduation rates in college is to raise the economy. So what if we make it happen? The economy gets higher due to the great college rates, people are on their American dream and done. happily ever after? I think not. My real belief is that the economy cant live without middle-class because then successful businesses wont stay rich forever. My biggest fight against Ducey, as a student in a community college, try doing some tax cuts to be able to afford the education and also start some programs for students in the state where the student with a certain GPA can attend to a local community college tuition for free. At least for 2 years. As an older sister, I've gain to know and have the more experience in education and from time to time I tell my younger siblings to learn as much as they can and not fail, especially for my two sisters  recently attending High school, I worry their GPA wont allow them to even attend a community college, so therefore i wish the college education was free and i also believe more will attend and achieve.
